September 10: First-Year Student Welcome Event

(More Information will be posted here soon! All first-year students in the program are required to attend. Time and location will be posted as soon as possible. Don’t miss this first event in your Honors experience.)

September 17: Peer Mentoring Gathering (’64 Hall, Slavin; 6:00-7:30 PM)

All new students are assigned to a Peer Mentoring cohort. This is your opportunity to meet your peer mentor , reconnect with our orientation group, enjoy some great food, and find out more about our program.

September 18: Honors Academic Convocation (’64 Hall, Slavin; event begins at 5:30 PM)

Each year, the Providence College Honors Program kicks off its year with a special convocation that includes a sit-down catered dinner, the announcement of the previous year’s student awards, and a special guest speaker from the Program’s alumni. This year’s speaker is noted historian and professor, Dr. Ted Andrews.
